The Charitable Organization “Charitable Foundation ‘Shans na Zhyttia. Nova Nadiia’” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) offers any natural person or legal entity to voluntarily make a charitable donation under the terms of this Public Offer.
 Making a donation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. A charitable donation is voluntary and irrevocable.

1.2. Donations are directed toward the implementation of the Foundation’s statutory activities, including assistance to children, families, elderly persons, individuals in need of medical treatment, and other vulnerable population groups.

1.3. The Foundation is a non-profit organization and does not derive profit from charitable donations.

2. Methods of Making a Donation

2.1. A donation may be made through payment services available on the Foundation’s website, including LiqPay and Monobank, as well as through other cashless payment methods.

2.2. The amount of the donation is determined independently by the donor.

3. Use of the Donation

3.1. The Foundation uses the received funds in accordance with its statutory activities.

3.2. In the event that it is not possible to use a donation for a specific purpose designated by the donor, the Foundation has the right to allocate the funds to other charitable programs that correspond to the Foundation’s mission.

 4. Refund of the Donation

4.1. Charitable donations are not subject to refund, except in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

4.2. The donor acknowledges and agrees that making a donation is a voluntary decision.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Foundation undertakes to use donations responsibly and transparently.

5.2. The donor has the right to receive information about the Foundation’s activities through official sources, including the website and public reports.

6. Personal Data

6.1. By making a donation, the donor consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.

6.2. The Foundation does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. This Offer is public and is valid for an indefinite period from the moment of its publication on the Foundation’s website.

7.2. The Foundation has the right to amend these Terms by publishing an updated version on the website.

7.3. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
